A four-day intensive seminar held at the Schenectady County Community College School of Music for middle school and high school students ages 11-18, dedicated to the study of low brass. Led by and featuring musicians and educators (Phil Pandori, Chris Paul, and Phil Brink), the Capital Region Summer Trombone Institute provides students with a new and vibrant setting to learn, play, and listen. Past guests include Declan Lync (John Keal Music), Mark Kellog (Eastman School of Music), and Ronald Barron (Retired, Boston Symphony Orchestra).
